Hi ho, my minecraft buddies!
Recently, I've undergone a project. I realized that we all lived in the same general area.
So I thought, why don't we visit each other? make it more like a community, or neighborhood?
Which is why I built the First Pirate Wife Stone Road, est. 2012!
This road connects all our homes, so you can just walk for a few seconds and visit your neighbors, without wandering aimlessly around the desert. Hurrah!
The road was finished at 4:45 PM Montana time, and Mistermman is the witness.
I've already given myself an address, 324 Sand Street. Maybe in the future, we can make mailboxes and form a postal service!

I learned from acksonj today how to make a mushroom house, and built an awesome one! It's two stories tall, with a door and a window, and has a ladder leading to the top. I sold it to chizang for 32 lapiz lazuli. I think its nice and comfy, like a cabin. It is one of my favorite places now!

Not related to the Pirate Wife Server, except for my absense from it recently.
The past few weeks, I've been focusing on a single player world I've been building.
I was alomost done. I had a large house and a huge tower filled wiht supplies I would need when I went back into survival mode.
All I needed to do was put in some last details and furnish the house.
THen I made the mistake of trying to build a fireplace.
The entire house burned to the ground in a matter of seconds, leaving only a few blocks of wood.
There are a couple of morals to be learned here:
1. Have a contractor put in your fireplace, (at least, that's wat my mom said)
2. Serves me right for building the house out of wood
3. Failure is just an opportunity to do better
I'm going to build someting better than a house. Not a stone house, or even a mansion.
I'm going to build a castle, and its going to be flippin awesome!
On a side note, I really need Mr. A to be on the wserver when I get on to change me from newbie mode!
